Welcome to loveparcel.app. Love Parcel is a service that creates curated digital care packages for long-distance couples. By engaging our services to create your own digital care package, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our service begins with a comprehensive Application and Consultation phase. Once you submit your initial form, we will schedule a consultation call to dive deep into your vision and ensure we are aligned on the creative direction. Please note that work on your project officially commences only after this consultation is complete and payment has been received in full.
To keep the project moving forward, you are responsible for the timely submission of all content, including photos, letters, and other media. Because our timeline depends on your assets, any delays in uploading these files will result in a corresponding delay to your project’s launch. Once all required materials are received, our standard delivery window for a Love Parcel is 1–3 business days.
While we consistently strive to meet this timeframe, complex custom requests or high seasonal volumes may occasionally require extra care; should this happen, we will proactively communicate any necessary extensions to you. Furthermore, if you have a specific deadline in mind, alternative delivery dates can be established and agreed upon during your initial consultation to ensure your parcel arrives exactly when needed.
When submitting materials for your project, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions for all photos, letters, and music provided. Love Parcel acts solely as a service provider and is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from your submissions. To maintain legal and ethical standards, we reserve the right of refusal for any content that we believe violates copyright or privacy laws, or contains offensive or illegal material. Furthermore, your privacy is a priority; our data practices, including what we collect and how we use it, are governed by our Privacy Policy, to which you consent by using our services.
We want you to love your site, but to keep projects on schedule, we use the following structure:
We guarantee that your digital package link will remain live for one year following its deployment date. While we strive for constant uptime, this guarantee does not cover third-party outages (such as those from our hosting provider, Vercel) or issues caused by client-requested changes made after the final handover. If you wish to keep the site active beyond the first year, hosting extensions are available at no additional cost upon request, subject to our availability.

Since payment is only required after your consultation is complete, you have ample time to decide if our service is the right fit before committing. Once work begins, payments to Love Parcel are generally non-refundable. If an error is on our side, we may issue a refund at our discretion. To request a review of a specific charge, please contact us below. If you initiate a chargeback on a valid charge, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict your access to the digital care package.
You may request the permanent deletion of your package at any time. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered, and our hosting duration guarantee will be considered fulfilled.
We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client engages in abusive behavior or fails to provide necessary assets within 30 days of payment.
We are not liable for any emotional distress, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or any hosting interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
